Q1: How about Custom Duties?
A: Custom duties depends on the policy of your countries,we cannot control if they will charge the duty. But we usually put low value on the invoice to avoid the potential tax. If need,you can also tell us the value you want to declare when you place order.
Q2: How about Dyed & Bleached?
A: Our hair is 100% human hair and it can be dyed or bleached well in a professional way. We do suggest getting a professional opinion by an experienced colorist and having your hairdresser dye the hair as you will get the results you want. We would advise for a one clip weft to be tested prior to coloring or restyling the full set to make sure the resulting shade is what you anticipate.
Note: Any dying and bleaching is done at the customer's own discretion and we cannot be held accountable if the results do not come out as intended.
Q3: How about Shedding Or Tangle?
A: Shedding: A few strands initial shedding of new hair is normal. Our factory always comb the hair before shipping, due to the dry weather, there are some floating hair in it, after first washing, it will be gone.By the way,even if our own hair,it will also have little shedding more or less when comb (in particular curly hair).
B: Tangle:Our hair will not tangle because it is cuticle intact human hair. However, dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt water or not combing out daily will lead to tangle and shedding. Please follow hair care instruction and use good shampoo & conditioner to wash hair twice a week.
Q4: How about Wig Cap Size?
A: All of our wigs are normal size and will fit a head circumference of 22.5''. If you’re unsure, place a tape measure around the widest part of your head and measure the circumference, if you need a small or large wig cap, we also can customize the wig cap size for you,please contact our customer service.
Q5: How about Free Shipping?
A: Free shipping to the FR, US, UK,CA and other 20 countries. But for some remote area, the shipping company may charge Remote Area Fee. If you need to pay for the shipping fees, it will be shown on the payment page or our colleague will contact you.
Q6: How about Cancel My Order?
A: Before the package is shipped out, we can help you cancel the order. If you want to cancel it, please contact morefacewig@gmail.com ASAP. Please note that we have no way to cancel the order once the package has been shipped out.

Q10: How about Refuse Package?
A: We do not accept the refusal without any reasons. If you refuse to sign the package and lead to the return, the refund will not be provided. We suggest picking up the package firstly and we can help you return if you don’t need the hair anymore.
