Package not received


1. When the parcel is hold by the customs, you have to do the clearance by yourself and pay the customs tax if necessary. If you need the necessary documents for customs clearance, you can contact our customer service, we will send them to you quickly.


2. If the package was successfully delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping company and ask them to give you a claim number for the lost package. Then contact us to provide the claim number, we will try to contact the shipping company to resolve the problem.


3. We are not responsible for any loss due to the buyer giving incorrect shipping information. If we send your package to a wrong address and it cannot reach you, we will definitely send you a new package or give you a full refund!

Sign the package

Usually, when we pack the package, we have to be very careful, but after the shipping company takes the package from our warehouse, we cannot predict what might happen during the delivery process. Sometimes you may receive a damaged package outside the package or empty box, please check it carefully, then you can take pictures to contact us quickly, we will negotiate with the shipping company to file a claim. (The claim can only be made within 7 days after the delivery of the package)

Exchange & Refund

We really hope that all customers will have a good shopping experience, so we will do our best to ensure the pre-sale and post-sale service.


Clause to add a note: allow 14 days (14 days or more) after the signature of the consumer to request an exchange or return.

1.  After receiving the package, if you are not satisfied with the hair and want to return or exchange the wig, please contact us and we will tell you how to proceed. We will not accept the order to return the package without authorization.

2.  When you need to return or exchange the product, please provide a photo or video of the product, make sure the product remains intact, if the hair has been used, cleaned or damaged, we will not accept the return or exchange.
3.  Please make sure to contact us before returning or exchanging the goods. However, shipping costs are mandatory. The payment of shipping costs depends on different situations.


Return and refund 

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.


1. Refund will be granted within 48 hours after receiving the return package which is in its original condition (not dyed/bleached/used/cut lace/cut hair). Once used or did something there, not accept the return.


2. Artificial reason: when the hair is dyed or bleached to make it damaged, flat ironed to make the lace burn during installation, improper hair care and washing.
